15th Annual Rock, Mineral, Gem, Fossil and Jewelry Show

The 15th annual ‘Rock, Mineral, Gem, Fossil and Jewelry Show’ will be held July 22-23. The show is sponsored by the Monongahela Rockhounds, and will be held at the Skyview Volunteer Fire Department, 600 Noble Drive, West Mifflin, PA. Saturday, July 22 hours 10AM –6PM, and Sunday, July 23 hours 10AM - 4PM. Come and browse, shop and meet with national and local dealers of rocks and minerals, jewelry and fossils. United Methodist Women Seeking Crafters, Artists, And Vendors For October Event

The United Methodist Women’s organization of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church is seeking crafters, artists, and vendors for a special event.

Mrs. Carol Barr, President of the church’s United Methodist Women, announced that the UMW is planning the first ever ‘Fall Fest’ on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event will take place in the rear parking lot of the church, which is located at 100 Timothy Drive in Elizabeth Township. Spaces are 10’ by 10’ and people participating need to bring a table and canopy for rain or shine. The cost of the space is $15. All local artists, crafters and vendors are encouraged to come to sell their products and show off their talent at the first ever Fall Fest at Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church. Golden Triangle Decorative Painters To Hold Meeting In Finleyville

The next meeting of the Golden Triangle Decorative Painters will be held on Sunday, July 16 at the Finleyville I.O.O.F. Hall, 3684 FinleyvilleElrama Road, Finleyville, PA. Carol Neth will be teaching a Christmas project entitled Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer using acrylic paint starting at 9:00AM A picnic luncheon is planned and hot dogs will be provided. Members are asked to bring picnic items. A Trunk Sale will be held in the parking lot, so bring your extra painting items to sell.
