MACC 4th of July Fireworks and Celebration

The Monongahela Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Mon Valley Academy for the Arts for the annual Monongahela 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks display at the Monongahela Aquatorium. Gates open at 4pm with food trucks, vendors, games, and live music. Deep cuts classic rock cover band, Sky Pilot, will play first, followed by Frank Podroskey’s Pittsburgh Big Band Legends. The fireworks display will start around approximately 9:30pm. Rain date July 5th. Community members are encouraged to donate to the MACC Fireworks Fund. The MACC Board of Directors would like to congratulate 2023 Ringgold Graduate, Mary Urso, for her excellent essay, ‘Three Things I would Change as a Community Leader’, and her outstanding scholastic achievements. Mary is the recipient of the 8th annual MACC Ringgold Scholarship Award. MACC Board Member, Pictured at right is Doreen Walters, presenting the award at the June 1st Ringgold High School ceremony. The 9th annual MACC Ringgold Scholarship Golf Outing is scheduled for Sunday, August 20th, at Mon Valley Country Club. Penn Highlands Healthcare Welcomes Nurse Practitioner

Penn Highlands Healthcare welcomes Tilden Blackmon-Graham, MSN, APRN, FNP-C to its medical staff. Tilden joins the team at Penn Highlands Family Medicine, located at 800 Plaza Drive, Suite 290, in Belle Vernon. Tilden is a skilled nurse practitioner with experience in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical nursing, cardiac and nephrology.

Prior to joining Penn Highlands, Tilden practiced under Dr. Andrew Cash, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Jefferson Hills, Pediatric Associates of Westmoreland in Westmoreland County, Jefferson’s Women’s Health in Jefferson Hills and the Allegheny Health Network.

Tilden earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carlow University in Pittsburgh.
