MEET TRENT AND GARRETT

Trent Bullock (’88) and Garrett Veazey (’19) both graduated from Union’s School of Theology and Missions and now lead First Baptist Church in Paris, Tennessee, whose congregation has faithfully given to Union University student scholarships since 1991. Bullock rallies churches around West Tennessee to continue investing in Union’s Christ-centered education through scholarships, and for Veazey, those scholarships were essential for him to attend Union University and to experience invaluable life transformation.

For me, Union was much more than just earning a degree. The Union professors and staff took me under their wings and loved me, and they taught me what it meant to be a Christ-like man.”
