Soft Close:

Bidding will start at 9:00 am AST on Tuesday, March 14th. The online sale will end with a soft close beginning at 1:00 pm AST on Wednesday, March 15th. The lots will close in order of lot numbers.

Placing A MAX Bid: Click on the arrow located on the BID button, select “Create Max Bid”, enter in your MAX bid in the box and PLACE MAXBID! With the Max Bid placed, the computer will then keep you as the high bidder up to the max amount you have placed. The computer will ONLY bid if someone else is bidding against you! The max bid amount is COMPLETELY confidential from the seller during the sale process. Please note that in some cases a lot value can change very quickly if 2 max bids are placed on the same lot competing against each other.

Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding: A Bidder is responsible for any bids placed under his/her name, account and password. When bidding ends, all sales shall be considered final and the Bidder who submitted the highest bid shall then become the Buyer of the lot(s).

Refund & Payment Policy: Lots are sold as is and all sales are final. Invoice will be sent by RADIANT HOLSTEINS. Payment is required within 7 days of the sale. Make cheque payable to JON RAYMOND DYKSTRA or payment via eTransfer to jon.dykstra@hotmail.com. No livestock will be released until full payment is received or unless arrangements have been made with the SELLERS.

Trucking

Trucking costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Health Testing

The buyer is responsible for any health testing required or movement inside or outside of the country for export.
