Making big home decisions can be intimidating, even for those who have done so many times. Consumers want to be aware of all options and have confidence that they’re making the smartest choices when buying and selling. To minimize headaches, Keller Williams Realty has developed Keller Offers, a series of programs that allows agents to give clients valuable options and resources when making strides in their home-owning journeys.

“Keller Offers exists to provide innovative tools and solutions, exclusively to Keller Williams agents,” says Jennifer Owens, director of marketing and communications at Keller Offers. “We currently have programs that are available in markets across the U.S.. KW agents can use these to enhance their value proposition and listing presentations,” she adds.

For select markets, three programs exist to suit a variety of needs, the first being the Cash Offer program. “The Cash Offer program gives KO-certified KW agents the ability to market and utilize a Cash Offer selling option with their clients.” Owens explains. “This allows an agent to market ‘like an iBuyer’ to gain more leads and listings. A big part of the Cash Offer program is agent and client education.” Owens explains that when a client understands all of their available options, including the key differences between a cash offer and listing traditionally, they are able to make the best, mostinformed decision for their specific needs.

The second program, Ready to Sell, is used to get a home ready to go on the market. This can include staging the home and making any necessary renovations, while avoiding upfront costs.“With these improvements, the goal is to improve a home’s marketability and potential profitability, and the renovation and staging cost is repaid with the proceeds of the home sale.” says Owens. Every home has something that needs to be addressed before going on the market, whether it be a small fix or a costly renovation, and with the Ready to Sell program, a certified KW agent is present to advocate for and assist clients in handling the matter.

• The Cash Offer program allows agents to give their client a no-obligation cash offer selling option.

• The Ready to Sell program helps to avoid up-front costs during renovations or staging when preparing to sell.

• The Ready to Stay program gives homeowners multiple financing options when renovating.

Finally, there is the Ready to Stay program. This program gives homeowners looking to improve their home multiple financing options from which to choose. Owens notes that this program allows KW agents to stay top-of-mind between their clients’ transactions and that this program is perfect for a new buyer that just moved into a new home or for a long-term homeowner who dreams of renovating their home. “Both the Ready to Sell and the Ready to Stay programs work through a network of vetted vendors,” Owens explains.

Agents earn compensation for every one of their clients that sells to a Keller Offers cash buyer and are able to present an option for almost any seller’s situation, mitigating challenges and uncertainties in today’s competitive market. “At its core, Keller Offers was created to keep agents at the center of every transaction. By doing so, homeowners have the representation and advocacy they deserve,” says Owens.

Addressing agents, Owens adds, “As the market shifts, it will be more and more important to have additional tools in your toolbelt. Differentiate yourself and offer more solutions. Take our online training today at App.KellerOffers.com.”
