Having engaging sales collateral is an advantage that most venues need but choose not to invest in. Unique Venues’ designers create a digital brochure that incorporates live links to complimentary information and video to engage planners and drive them to a call to action. You provide all the brand asset files and we do the rest. Let us help you attract the business you want and need through a targeted digital brochure .

$3,000 CAD per standard 8-page brochure (price increases in two-page increments by $300 CAD)

All digital brochures can be converted to print ready files in reader’s spread for no additional charge. Print ready files in a printer’s spread are an additional cost.

Digital and Print Display Ad Design

When you need an advertisement that stands out and gets noticed by potential clients, our design team captures the essence of your message through the creation of an attractive, focused display ad that gains attention and leads to engagement with the audience . Once the ad is complete, you own the files to use any way, any time.

Digital Infographic

Our VenueViewer Showcase Video offers an economical solution to establish a video

presence on your website, Unique Venues profile and YouTube. Through a compilation of client-provided images and video, professional voiceover and royalty-free music, our design team creates a one-of-a-kind video that highlights all that your venue has to offer.

360° Venue Tour with Drone Footage

Provide planners with incredible flyover and fly-through video that shows the overall features of your venue. Additionally, we layer in specific 360° tours that highlight your premiere meeting, dining, and other gathering spaces. Your venue is highlighted from top to bottom, inside and out. The video is enhanced with a combination of royalty-free music, overlay text and professional voiceover that allows planners to experience your venue as if they were there in person .

From $6,750 CAD plus video team travel expenses (Includes up to five unique spaces for 360° virtual tours plus 60 seconds of final flyover footage. Raw footage is provided upon request for an additional cost.)

From $4,250 CAD for a 90 second drone video plus video team travel (Raw footage is provided upon request for an additional cost)
