A big part of our mission at Unison is to work with independent artists that share our same passion for modern living. Our latest collaboration is the perfect combination of warmth, simplicity and joyful detail — things that make winter so special. We’re happy to introduce artist Andrew R. Wright and his original Unison creation, the cozy (and also very gift worthy) Dove Natural Knit Blanket. Andrew is an illustrator and printmaker who has worked with The Wall Street Journal, Wired and The Saturday Evening Post. His blanket design originates from a series of figure drawings done by hand with the help of a tabletop etching press. Together, these alluring figures take on a life of their own. “I could not be more pleased with how it has translated,” says Andrew. “Knowing it will adorn many a couch, large or small, makes me even happier.”
