United Way of Central Ohio

Community Caring Card l What it is.

The Community Caring Card is an exciting incentive program that provides benefits at participating restaurants, entertainment venues and retail stores throughout central Ohio to reward contributors who give at the Leaders Circle level. It is a year-round “thank you” to our most generous donors.

l How it works.

With the Community Caring Card, Leaders Circle members receive exclusive benefits from participating merchants. United Way provides the cards, along with a complete list of participating merchants and the benefits provided. Each time donors use the Community Caring Card, it is another “thank you” that reinforces their awareness of United Way and reminds them of our gratitude for their contribution.

“I use my Caring Card at least once a week. It is a great value-add for my pledge to United Way and I feel appreciated because of it.” —Todd Tuney, Director of Philanthropy, Limited Brands

United Way of Central Ohio

Leaders Circle l What it is.

Leaders Circle recognizes employees at all income levels who contribute a percentage of their income to support United Way of Central Ohio. Leaders Circle acknowledges that one¹s commitment to caring is not measured by the size of the gift, but in giving to the best of one’s ability. Through Leaders Circle, everyone has the opportunity to make a greater impact on the basic things that we all need for a good life: education, income, health and home. When completing their pledge forms, Leaders Circle members identify themselves as Leaders Circle donors. In early 2009, they will receive our Community Caring Card in the mail. The Community Caring Card offers exclusive benefits from participating local merchants–a year-round “thank you” for their generosity. Leaders Circle members may also be eligible for participation in our affinity groups (below) that feature social events, lecture series and volunteer opportunities. Special Recognition Levels
