CSU Cleveland State University

(CSU) partnered with ASU to conduct an assessment of their readiness to expand its online programs with a focus on expansion of quality, accessible education options for its largely non-traditional and local students. Through the assessment and a series of consultative engagements, ASU is helping CSU advance their digital expansion. UTEC Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay

(UTEC) is working with UDI to advance digital initiatives through organizational changes. Using a series of consultative engagements and design sessions, UDI helped them design an implementation strategy for their new Center for Digital Transformation.

Universidad de Guadalajara

(UdeG) is working with UDI to advance digital learning at scale. 2800+ professors, representing 17 academic units/campuses, were trained to implement a hybrid course model. UDI developed an online course to guide them in use of innovative technologies and pedagogies to enable student success. We also provided strategic planning support for the institution and created workshops on advanced technology topics for faculty members. MCF Mastercard Foundation

(MCF) is partnering with UDI, ASU and USIU-A Kenya on an eLearning initiative to support digital transformation for 13 African universities in six countries. UDI is co-designing a collaborative network across the participating universities and engaging their stakeholders to create sustainable organizational efforts. Along with other ASU units, UDI will also support capacity building for digital transformation at each of the universities.
