Ever woken up with a lingering headache, a bad taste in your mouth, and little to no clue how you got into bed? Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. We all wish we could be Kim Kardashian and get an I.V. drip after a long night, but the reality is, all we have to rely on is a

us through those Sunday (or Thursday?) scaries.

The B.E.C. If you don’t already know, a warm bacon, egg, and cheese is the cure for any Sunday scaries. A B.E.C. has the protein and carbs your body needs to recover from a night out. Now for some science: Bacon contains lots of amino acids to help you start thinking straight. It’s also proven that carbs and protein combined can help boost your metabolism, aka it helps your body get alcohol out of your system faster. To complete the perfect order, ask to add avocado or a hashbrown for that extra morning pick-me-up. No matter how you do it, a bacon, egg, and cheese is sure to take you out of your post-night-out funk.

What to take in the morning: We all wish there was a magic pill to wipe away the hangover, sadly that doesn’t exist... but that’s why god invented Advil. There’s nothing worse than waking up with a pounding headache that puts you to bed rest dall day. Before you even go out, make sure Advil is easily accessible from your bed, so you don’t have to leave the coziness of your bed when you wake up feeling your worst. Advil, Alive, and Motrin are all suitable to cure your headache options. If you are really down-bad, Excedrin Migraine is sure to wipe away the awful pounding in your head. Hydrate: Alcohol is dehydrating, and Liquid IV, Pedialyte or any electrolyte drink is a must to replenish and flush out any alcohol in your system. Keep water by your bed at all times and sip on it right when you wake up. It’s essential to drink water all throughout the day so your body can fight the hangover faster.

Diner breakfast: Sometimes the best hangover cure is recapping all the funny moments from the night before with friends. Sex and the City much? If you are alive and well enough to get yourself out of bed, go to a diner and bond over warm pancakes and your collective hungover selves. The best part about diners is they have literally anything you could ever wish for when you are feeling the wrath of the night before, from grilled cheese to omelettes to milkshakes. Not only does this hangover cure help you flush out the Sunday scaries, it helps you get out of bed and start your day (and we all know our first meal of the day is not going to be before 12).

You’ll never drink again...but then you drank again. To save your morning-after self the night before, here is an ultimate munchies and drunchies list…
