Make contact with the people around you. These are the cornerstones of your life, invest time in them. Get to know new people or rekindle old friendships.

Lift your eyes from the next deadline or demand. Catch sight of beautiful things. Savour the moment. Be aware of the world around you. Reflect and realise what matters to you.

Make time to try something new. Learn a new language, to juggle, cook a new recipe. Learning new things will make you more confident & inspire you.

Go for a walk or run. Step outside. Try a new sport or activity. Dance or dig the garden. Most importantly, discover an activity you enjoy and one that suits you.

Look after yourself. Respect your body. Live, love and laugh. Cook and share real food. Sleep, go off-line, enjoy silence. Being healthy helps you be confident and get the most out of life.

Do something for someone. Smile. Volunteer. Help a neighbour or community. Be kind to yourself and others. Seeing your happiness linked to the wider world is incredibly rewarding.
