AN ANNUAL UPDATE FOR NATIONAL MERIT SEMIFINALISTS U N I V E R S I T Y

O F

Congratulations

C E N T R A L

F L O R I D A

on being named a National Merit

Scholar semifinalist! You were selected as one of only 16,000 students in the nation. And if you are named a National Merit Finalist, the incentives to become a UCF Knight increase.

There is a lot of momentum at UCF. We’re the nation’s third-largest university. The quality of our incoming freshmen has risen for five record years. Research funding reached new

heights. We’ve built a new alumni center, two buildings for the sciences, football stadium, basketball arena and a new school for the performing arts. And we broke medical school history last year by enrolling the first class ever to receive full four-year scholarships. The best way to get to know us is to visit. I can help you organize a campus visit,

which includes meetings with faculty in your areas of interest, The Burnett Honors College and current National Merit students—even a personal golf cart tour of our campus. Give me a call to schedule your visit. I look forward to meeting you.
