We are Rosen. We are Hospitality. The Rosen College of Hospitality Management has a lot to offer: a prime location in America’s top tourism destination, proximity to major employers and a beautiful, resort-style campus setting. However, it’s what students accomplish while they’re here that makes Rosen College a special place to learn and teach. HANDS-ON Experience Rosen College provides unique educational experience and industry exposure for those who are passionate about the hospitality industry through workshops, information sessions and job-shadowing opportunities. You are required to complete three paid hospitality work experiences. Through these internship courses, you will earn major-related work experience, gain access to professional relationships, and define your academic and career goals. Twice per year, we host a career and experiential learning fair. PolyU’s School of Hotel & Tourism Management has received international recognition for its forward-thinking teaching methods and curriculum. Taught by faculty from 18 countries, the curriculum was designed with input from international industry leaders.

Specializing in tourism, the Management Center Innsbruck provides a mentor, hosts guest speakers and offers extracurricular opportunities for learning. Nearby cities include Munich, Milan, Prague and Zurich.
