Application Process First-year students are given preference for housing on the Orlando main campus. Transfer student and graduate student housing is limited on the Orlando main campus. Students of all classifications may apply for the student housing located at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management campus. Married and family student housing is not available at UCF. No student is guaranteed housing on campus, so everyone is encouraged to apply early. After being offered admission to the university, students may apply online using the myUCF gateway, which will be available to each student upon acceptance into UCF. Application procedures are given in detail at www.housing.ucf.edu. A prepayment is required for the housing agreement to be accepted. Students will be able to view their housing status at the myUCF gateway. Students get an opportunity to make roommate requests and indicate room preferences through the myUCF gateway. Students will be notified when the site is active for preference selection. Room and roommate assignment information is available online after room assignments are made. Housing agreements are subject to cancellation and any prepayments will be forfeited if the admissions enrollment deposit is not paid by the established deadlines.
