UCF DOWNTOWN UCF Downtown is a game-changing campus in the heart of our great city that offers the opportunity for students to live, learn and work in downtown Orlando. Strategically located in Orlando’s Creative Village and within walking distance of job and internship opportunities, UCF Downtown is the home base for a variety of degree programs, including those focused on civic engagement and government, safety and justice, community wellbeing, content creation, digital art and communication. UCF Downtown students are encouraged to live on campus, too, at the brand-new UnionWest at Creative Village. APPLY TO UCF Admission to UCF is competitive, so we encourage students to apply early in their senior year. By applying early, you may benefit from scholarship consideration and housing availability. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UCF’s priority deadline for filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is Dec. 1 of your senior year. Each year, UCF students are awarded more than $530 million in merit- and need-based assistance. Last year, that meant 72 percent of undergraduate students received some form of financial aid. We award aid to students based upon financial need. Awards can take the form of grants, which do not have to be repaid, work-study awards or low-interest loans. More than 4,000 new students are offered merit scholarships based upon outstanding academic

credentials in high school. For scholarship listings, a free scholarship search and more information about financial assistance at UCF, visit finaid.ucf.edu.

TOP 10 KNIGHTS If you are in the top 10 percent of your high school class in Florida, UCF rewards your academic success with guaranteed admission to either the summer, fall or spring semester.
