Executive Director ($500K/5yrs) • Recruitment and retention of a proven leader to serve as executive director of excellence and outreach, charged with getting our lifesaving services to people all over Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. Patient Care Navigators ($450K/3yrs) • Addition of two patient care navigators to the team – skilled RNs who not only help patients and families access services seamlessly but who also understand the particular needs of expectant and new mothers and their babies. Project Coordinator ($50K) • Crucial resources for project coordination to ensure maternal fetal providers and patient care navigators operate in collaboration to provide the highest level of care.
