LEVEL 7 CERTIFICATE IN EXECUTIVE COACHING AND MENTORING
The University of Cumbria is an Accredited Centre for the delivery of ILM qualifications. This Executive Coaching and Mentoring Certificate includes a University of Cumbria accredited module as part of the study package. The teaching delivery takes place through formal lectures, distance learning and practical experiential learning. COURSE SUMMARY The ILM Level 7 Certificate includes the following mandatory units: • Understanding the Context of Coaching and Mentoring in a Strategic Business Environment • Undertaking Coaching or Mentoring at a Senior and Strategic Level • Reflecting on Your Own Ability to Perform Effectively as a Coach or Mentor Practising at a Senior Level. Completion of the above three units will result in you gaining the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. In addition to the above units, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake the University of Cumbria Coaching and Mentoring module (HLLG 7072 - with accreditation at 20 Level 7 credits) through this single programme of study.
