Here at Huddersfield you won’t just study Psychology, but do Psychology, so we’ll give you lots of opportunities to develop crucial practical skills. Using a combination of the latest technology in our psychology labs and the most forward thinking minds, our research active lecturers will help you explore some of the exciting theories and studies this field has to offer.

From the EEG and tDCS equipment, which can measure electrical activity in the brain and test theories about the neural basis of behaviour, to the Cold Pressor, Eye Movement Tracker, Biopac System and the Oculus Rift, which is an immersive virtual reality headset, you’ll gain hands-on experience.
