Pre-enrol STAGE 1 STAGE 2

Register your details online before you enrol on campus. This includes uploading your photo for your ID card, updating your term time address and confirming your fees.

You will receive a link to complete your pre-enrolment from: enrolment@hud.ac.uk

Stage 3

Immigration

Within 24-hours of completing stage 1, you will receive another email called stage 2.

This email will instruct you to upload your immigration documents. This will include your stamped vignette, BRP card, and Grant of Leave/Visa decision letter. You will not be able to do this until you are in the UK

Collecting your ID card

When you have uploaded your documents, you will be emailed a link to book an appointment to collect your Student ID card. Please bring your passport, and Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and proof of your local address and a copy of your stage 3 email on your phone to your pre-booked appointment time.

Please be advised if you miss your appointment you will have to rebook onto the next available appointment
