Living On Campus is Transformative.

Our residence halls, the newest in the SEC, were designed to foster community, creativity, and connections. Our halls are in two areas of campus: North, the northern edge of campus adjacent to downtown Lexington; and Central, the heart of campus closest to the William T. Young Library.

How to apply for housing

Apply to live on campus as soon as possible after

admission to UK, as spaces fill up quickly. Applying for admission and applying for housing are two separate processes. Students are highly encouraged to apply for housing, as students who choose to live on campus are proven to be more successful academically. Students are encouraged to apply even if you haven’t made a final decision yet. Early Action Housing/LLP deadline: February 15

Regular Decision LLP Application deadline: May 20

Regular Decision Housing Application deadline: June 1

To apply for housing and your top three LLP choices: • Log in to myUK: myuk.uky.edu • Select “myInfo” • Select “Undergraduate Housing” (Application fee: $50 and is nonrefundable) A $150 housing prepayment will be required by June 1.
