For many people, how to pay for a college education is one of the first major financial decisions they'll make. Our Office of Admissions and Scholarships and our Office of Financial Aid Services each play a unique role in helping you with that decision. Various scholarships are available for first time freshmen, transfer students, and out-of-state students. These awards can range from $500 per semester to a full award. Our top academic award may also qualify students for a funded study abroad opportunity and/or a tablet for personal use. ULM offers a wide range of scholarships, grants, work-study programs, and loans from federal, state, and university sources. The Office of Financial Aid Services is dedicated to guiding students and their families through the Financial Aid process. From filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to exploring funding options, our office is excited to see you through the sometimes tricky financial aid process.
