Now that you’ve been admitted to USD, we are looking forward to sharing more about our beautiful campus and vibrant community. We have assembled an array of opportunities, both in person and virtual, for you to get to meet our faculty and students. We hope to see you soon whether it’s on campus or virtually!

Torero For A Day
MARCH 23, APRIL 3, APRIL 20, APRIL 24 AND APRIL 26
The Torero for a Day program allows you to experience campus life at USD. Your day will start with a special welcome and campus tour, followed by lunch in our awardwinning dining areas. You will shadow a current student through the day and will get to connect with our Torero Life Student panel and other members of our campus community.
Torero Visit Day
SATURDAY, APRIL 1
Join us for a full day of Torero life. Our signature event for admitted students will include: campus tours, academic showcases with faculty, student and program panels, lunch with Torero Ambassadors and more.

COME AND SEE SUNDAY, MARCH
This event will showcase USD’s Catholic identity and tradition, providing opportunities for you to learn more about the many ways you’ll be able to explore spirituality and grow in your faith.
In-person tours will be conducted Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and on select Saturdays at 10 a.m. Campus tours are led by a current USD student and include a live, 30-minute information session presented by an admission representative.

Torero Talks Series
Join current USD students, faculty members and staff as we explore the key elements of the Torero experience. From academics to research, city life to studying abroad, food on campus to finding your place in the Torero family, Torero Talks will give you the inside scoop on all that you can look forward to as a USD Torero.
Academic Showcases
These informative webcasts feature the deans of the College of Arts and Sciences, Knauss School of Business and Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering, as well as current students. This is a unique opportunity to hear about the personalized learning, academic opportunities and career preparation you will have as a USD Torero.
Torero Life
Join this session to hear about all the ways our Toreros can get involved both on- and off-campus! Staff and students will discuss the exciting opportunities that are offered by our clubs, organizations and academic departments including Study Abroad, University Ministry, Campus Recreation and more.

A GUIDE FOR THE PARENTS AND SUPPORTERS OF ADMITTED STUDENTS
We recognize the critical role that families and supporters play in a student's transition to college. Stream these sessions to learn more about how USD supports you as you support your student.
Financial Aid
Hear from our director of Financial Aid as she reviews details on what’s included in your student’s financial aid package, scholarship opportunities and essential next steps.
Resources for Families
Representatives from the Offices of Parent and Family Relations, Housing, Wellness, Campus Safety and other support services share a wide range of information aimed at ensuring that you and your student have a smooth transition to Torero life!
Torero Tea Instagram Event
Follow @usdadmissions and join us for Torero Tea on Instagram on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. PST. Current students will cover topics such as personalized learning at USD, opportunities to get involved on campus, studying abroad and more!
