Message From The Director
The Humanities Center’s programming for Fall 2023 showcases a rich and varied range of events, all designed to illuminate aspects of the human condition in its endlessly varied forms. Prominent here will be two exhibitions by the artists Gregory Crewdson and Ori Gersht both of which have as their focus the strange and alluring world of The Forest, the latest component of our multi-year exploration of “Natural Landscapes and Human Meaning.”
I trust that you will find engaging events here, and I look forward to welcoming you to the center in the fall.
Brian R. Clack, PhD, A. Vassiliadis Director of the Humanities Center and Professor of Philosophy
