Expert smokers, Patrick Elens and Caritas Committee member Gordon Marsh, will smoke your choice of beef, pork or brisket at your home and carve the meat for your pleasure. Included will be two delicious sides and rolls. To complete your summer or fall bash, enjoy a TCBY sundae bar. There will be little for you to do except sit back and enjoy the festivities!

Package is available from July 21 through the end of 2023, excluding major holidays—perfect for baseball and football season! Reservations must be made at least one month in advance. Beverages not included.
