NEW VEGAN & VEGETARIAN DISHES

From the kitchens of our floating boutique hotels, we’re passionate about delivering the finest dining experiences on the rivers. To make sure every guest enjoys their meals to the fullest, our Restaurant Managers and Chefs do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Which is why, for 2023, our culinary team got together to take our vegan and vegetarian menus to the next level. Take a look at some of the new dishes they cooked up below!
