Sustainability Engagement Update February 2019 Survey Results Overview 
 An initial sustainability engagement survey of 1,491 respondents was conducted in 2014 as part of the development of UNO’s Sustainability Master Plan. A Sustainability Engagement Score for UNO students, faculty, and staff was calculated based on results connected to the dimensions outlined in the center column of the table below. All scores are calculated out of 100. UNO has a goal to achieve an overall Sustainability Engagement Score (SES) of 75 by 2025. In order to track progress, the same survey was administered again to students, faculty, and staff in February 2019. 1,310 respondents took part in at least some portion of the survey. Survey demographics (primary job type, student residence, and current academic year) statistically differed between 2014 and 2019, therefore caution should be used when making direct comparisons between 2014 and 2019 (see page 12 of this report to see demographic differences). The SES findings are noted below.
