JEN MCCLURE

AUTHOR | SPEAKER | EMPOWERMENT COACH

Who are you? What do you do? These are huge, bold and vital questions! A business mentor asked me these questions recently, as I was wrestling with my next best step in business. My current career is that I serve as a beauty consultant and Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. AND I LOVE IT! But, I've also launched a second side-hustle that I LOVE as well. The part that feels a little dicey right now is that my Chapter Two Wisdom biz is just in it's infancy. Who knows what it will grow up and become?!

So, the new title I am embracing is AUTHOR. My first published work is WISDOM FROM THE WILDERNESS. It's my journey from complete mental breakdown to being completely healed, whole and thriving More than that, it's a treasure trove of lessons I learned on my healing journey, PLUS tips & tools to help others avoid this devastating season.

When my business coach asked me "What do you do?", I hesitated Perhaps because my role as an author is new and unfamiliar She asked me if perhaps I did not believe my calling to write is a high, noble and worthy cause. (That's definitely not the case) I realized that I needed to ask myself a second question: BECAUSE writing is such a high calling, do I feel worthy of it? Friends, if you lack clarity answering either of these questions for yourself, I implore you - get this fixed immediately. If you are not embracing both of these mindsets (Your biz is a worthy cause AND you are worthy of it), you risk self-sabotaging, confusion, and playing small If God called you to it, He will see you through it! Who you believe you are determines the doors that will open for you, and the people who will be attracted to you.

Choose courage Choose clarity People's destinies are tied to yours God honors obedience That is all!
