Magnificent birds flying free and reptiles

Liberty’s Owl, Raptor and Reptile Centre is named after Liberty, our Alaskan Bald Eagle, one of the many birds of prey that we have on display at the Centre, which is located just outside Ringwood near the natural beauty of Hampshire’s New Forest National Park, and close to the splendour of Dorset’s World Heritage “Jurassic” Coast.

At Liberty’s you will find a large collection of Birds of Prey, including Owls, Hawks, Falcons and Vultures, as well as a collection of Reptiles and other creepy crawlies in our Reptile House.

New Forest Wildlife Park

In the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest National Park you can discover all the delights the New Forest Wildlife Park has to offer everyone. Home to over 260 animals representing 40 species, both exotic and native, conservation projects and education are at the very heart of the park. As you stroll around the Nature Trail look for 4 species of otters including the endangered and very vocal Giant Otter from the Amazon, wild roaming deer and wallabies, lynx, the ever watchful wolves, mouflon, Scottish wildcats, the tiny native Harvest Mouse (try and count them!) to the massive Eurasian bison.

Throughout the day our friendly and knowledgable keepers feed the animals and have time to chat and share their knowledge about the animals in their care.

Two energy burning playgrounds (one for under six years and the other for six years to eighty years) are for all abilities to learn, discover and play.
