which has been funded by Prostate Cancer UK, Cancer Research UK and other charities. Such research exploits differences between diseased and normal cells and in particular explores the role of specific enzymes in driving aggressive cancerous developments. This leads to potential treatments focused around blocking the action of these enzymes and the methods used to identify agents to do this are discussed.
