Define and establish new data collection and analysis processes and verify applicable controls are implemented to ensure appropriate level of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Optimise data models to collect and interpret data for reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Interview end users for feedback on a prototype - which will then be implemented in another cycle of testing.
