About
Salvos Legal Humanitarian is a pro-bono law firm owned by The Salvation Army that acts for free in cases for the most disadvantaged and marginalised members of our community.
The organisation provides free legal services to people in need in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Their innovative approach has attracted a blue-chip client list including ASX200 companies, federal & state government agencies, not-for-profit organisations, SMEs and individuals.

Salvos Legal Humanitarian practises in the areas of: - criminal law - family & children’s law - debt, housing - Centrelink matters - migration / refugee law - police matters - human rights and public interest law - credit and debt

Student Opportunities
Salvos Legal offers voluntary (unpaid), 4-month internships to graduates and recently admitted solicitors who wish to gain experience in their chosen profession. Interns work under the supervision of employed solicitors in either the commercial or humanitarian practice.
