Over the last seven years, our curated rental collection has been assembled to include an array of unique elements that can be mixed and matched to fill your venue, home or temporary structure. If you are designing for yourself or need assistance with putting the pieces together, we are here to be your trusted source and favorite event partner! We look forward to working with you on your next project, whether a business meeting, an after party or tradeshow lounge setting, enhancing your wedding experience, or simply setting a dinner party at your home. To get started with a rental, please email: info@beeventsthings.com with your desires and a list of your favorite pieces which you would like quoted for delivery. What you need to know: SERVICE: Our goal is to give you peace of mind. If needed, we are happy to help you design of your space, or put together a list of desired décor. Design requests involve a standard fee which will allow access to one of our talented event coordinators who will create event design packs, meet with you at your venue to plan your space, draw floor plans and manage additional event vendors. RENTAL PERIOD: All prices listed in our catalog are based on one time use, “per event”. We can work with you to make sure you get the equipment you need, when you need it, based on availability of elements and accessibility of your event space. Additional rental rates for long-term or multiple events can be arranged. DEPOSIT: To confirm a reservation and secure your items, a 50% deposit is required. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, though we will accept either check or credit card for payment. The balance of your payment is due 7 days prior to delivery, unless other arrangements have been made. No deliveries will be made if payment has not been submitted. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER: Often times adjustments need to be made to your quote or reservation. We are happy to adjust quantities or items and we will work with you to find the right solution pending availability. For changes within 7 days of your delivery date, a restocking fee will apply. EQUIPMENT HANDLING: We will schedule with you an appropriate delivery window for your order and our delivery staff will arrive promptly at the time arranged. We pride ourselves on handling our equipment in high regard and we will make sure we let you know how much time we will need to properly deliver into your space and when we will be back for pick up to safely secure our equipment for return. All of our equipment has it own packing/protection materials that we either store on site or will take with us. Any items you have arranged to pick up must be returned with all of its original packing materials or damage fees will apply. LABOR: Your labor charge cover the time required to delivery and set-up the ordered items at your event site. When we arrive to your venue for delivery, our staff will load in and handle our equipment, remove our loading and packing equipment. Following your event, our staff will return and package our items and remove them from your event venue. If your event runs long or your venue prevents our staff from delivering or picking up at the agreed upon time, additional labor fee may apply to cover the waiting time. If you need our staff to set based on a provided diagram or require additional time to move and reset elements, we will happily quote additional labor time or provide an on-site event coordinator to supervise detailed installations. DELIVERY: We require a minimum order of $500 in rental items for delivery service. Pick-up may be arranged for most, but not all items. Our delivery fee covers round trip service based on normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm). For deliveries outside of that time frame an offhours service fee will apply. Standard delivery covers the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area, up to 50 miles from our home location. For deliveries outside that range, please contact us for a modified delivery rate. TROUBLESHOOTING: You will be provided with contact information with regards to emergency needs which arrive during your rental term. Should anything happen to the rental elements while in transport or during set-up, we will work with you to get you an available replacements as soon as we are able. If any equipment or items are damaged while in your possession, a replacement fee for the equipment will be charged and become due immediately.
