Design If people don’t like using a product, they won’t. Luckily, we have some of the best designers in Denmark working on how our products look and feel.

Code Coding is king. Each of our products undergoes several iterations of coding and testing until it works – and works perfectly.

INSIGHT While we’re firm believers in end-user research we know that in order to innovate we have to push our imagination to the very limits.

Ticketing is dead. Long live ticketing. Ticketing has changed. In fact, travel has changed. We’re no longer happy to stand in endless queues only to find that cards aren’t accepted, or to find that our train has been cancelled due to the wrong kind of snow. We want our tickets whenever and wherever we want them. We want to be informed, up-todate and appreciated. At Unwire, we know this. After all, we use our products too.

That’s why we spend so long exploring trends and user scenarios, and that’s why we believe that userexperience and usability are just as important as our server and platform technology that powers ticketing, payments and messaging around the world.
