Getting Ready

To help you hit the ground running, you’ll need to complete all the activities on PASS, our Pre-Arrival Student Site before you start in September.

Logging in is easy – you’ll just need your student number, which is on the front of the letter you were sent with this guide (so keep it safe), and your password, which is your date of birth in the format CheYYYYMMDD (unless you’ve already changed it).

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a list of pre-arrival tasks and information to refer to before the start of term. You can access PASS on your mobile. All you need to do is download the University of Chester app.
