Flow of people In Downtown Portland
Redevelopment of the Broadway Corridor is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to add to Portland’s economy and vitality and to deliver community benefits. The Broadway Corridor, and more particularly the USPS site, is identified in the city of Portland’s West Quadrant Plan as a key opportunity sity for high-density employment and signiture city attractions, connecting the Old Town/Chinatown and Pearl District neighborhoods.
Urban Design of the Broadway Corridor In this Broadway Corridor urban design, I keep the center green area to be straight. The view connection can help this whole area more close with each other. Instead of putting building at the coner of Post Office, I put green area in there which can connect to the river.
