He spent his childhood in Hillbrow, Pampirstard, Ganyesa & Soweto. He started primary school in Soweto at loitikile, then went to Diodi, after that his mom took him to Hillbrow and he attended school there, few years later he went to stay with his mom ’ s aunt in Pampirstrd and also attended school there, after few years his dad came to fetch him and he went back to Soweto and stayed with his aunties, he attended school back in loitikile, 2 years later he went to stay with his dad in Ganyesa and also attended school at bore middle school. After 3 to 4 years, he went back to Soweto to attend high school at mafori mphahlele and passed his matric with diploma.

Bonolo has always had the love of art; he used to love drawing, and playing soccer and basketball, writing poems and anything that has to do with art. He used to attend choir in primary school at Pampirstard, involved in sports at all the school he attended. The love of doing music started when he was still a teenager in Pampirstard. He would build his own drum set with empty paint buckets with different sizes and practice.

EXPERIENCE

Bonolo is a self-taught musician/ producer/ beat maker/ rapper, for years perfecting his skill of doing music. In 2021 he once volunteered in helping with the directing of a music video of Ruff kid ft Emtee, song titled banja (family). Later that year he produced a song for Bugga king ft Phila madlingozi the is titled Omoge and he is looking forward to work with other big artists in the South African industry and also overseas.
