I am Ledile Sharmine Maponya, 18 years old from Cosmo city. I matriculated 2018 and I am currently studying businesses management. I started modelling at the age of 15, that was in the year of 2016. I am Miss Spring Queen 2016, Miss Valentine 1st Princess 2017, Miss Incredible 2nd Princess 2019, Miss teen Cosmo city 1st Princess 2019. People would complement and convince me to join modelling, they said I have the body for it, and I could win. I lost on my first competition and then thought to myself I was deceived I should give up and forget about all this thing, it wasn’t for me. What I didn’t realise at that time was that I had no experience. Later on, I realised that failing once doesn’t mean I won’t make it the next time and winning on my first pageant wasn’t going to make me the person I am today. I tried again same year, different pageant and I won.
