RESIDENCE (CLASSICAL HOUSE) CREATING A CLASSICAL HOUSE DESIGN INVOLVES EMBRACING TIMELESS ELEMENTS. THINK SYMMETRICAL SHAPES, ELEGANT COLUMNS, AND BALANCED PROPORTIONS. CONSIDER INCORPORATING FEATURES LIKE A GRAND ENTRANCE, FORMAL GARDENS, AND TRADITIONAL MATERIALS LIKE STONE OR BRICK. INSIDE, AIM FOR SPACIOUS ROOMS, HIGH CEILINGS, AND REFINED DETAILS LIKE CROWN MOLDING AND ORNATE FIXTURES FOR A TOUCH OF CLASSICAL OPULENCE.

NEIGHBOURHOOD UNIT THE TASK AT HAND IS TO PROVIDE SUSTAINABLE AND REASONABLY PRICED HOUSING IN DHARMSALA, HIMACHAL PRADESH. IN ORDER FOR DIFFERENT INCOME GROUPS TO LIVE COMFORTABLY ON A SAME PLOT OF LAND, WE ALSO NEED TO BUILD DIFFERENT KINDS OF DWELLINGS FOR THEM AND PROVIDE A RANGE OF AMENITIES.

METALLIC NET The site has on outstanding view of dhauladhars so by thinking of a good solution to provide shading and also not blocking this view, this metallic net is the perfect choise to do both. Also using E-low glass whcih reduces the energy that enters the building achieving sustainability.

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS Using green concrete as it emits less Co2, We also used Timber louvers as timber is a material that absorbs Co2 from air and we used louvers to protect from direct sun ays and take advantage of natural sunlight.
Louvre are great as they allow air to pass through almost 100% of their opening.

GREEN CONCRETE Manufactured using waste or residual materials from requires less amount of different industries, and energy. E-LOW GLASS Using argon or krypton in the air space between the two panels of glass provides insulation. TIMBER LOUVERS Absorb Co2 from air, Move in variable angles, provide shading to the space in summer and heating in winter
PLANTING Provides natural ventilation, preventing the direct sun ray and also absorbs Co2.
Full height drapes are used in the interiors to help reduce winter night time heat losses. also insulating blinds, heavy draperies, or operable window shutters will help.
RAINWATER HARVESTING Rainwater can be collected from surfaces where it falls and used in a variety of ways, going through channels and into storage tanks

A WELL-EQUIPPED HOSPITAL SERVES THE COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING HEALTH, DIAGNOSING AND TREATING ILLNESSES, CONDUCTING SURGERIES, AND SUPPORTING OVERALL WELL-BEING.
