The Bell Gallery “Once Upon A Time” is located in Seneca’s City Hall and features historical photography, stained glass windows, city memorabilia and bronze sculptures depicting eras of childhood, offering a unique glimpse into Seneca’s past.

The Gallery is featured on the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Arts Trail and admission is free.

Housed in a former Episcopal Church, the Blue Ridge Arts Center is focused on bringing art into Downtown Seneca. Local artists and students create one of a kind art pieces that are unique to the city. BRAC artists’ work can be seen throughout downtown with steel cat designs, “All Aboard” train themed benches and a mural entitled “Welcome To Seneca.” They work with local artists and students to create the one of a kind art pieces that are unique to our area.
