FOREWORD As another year comes to a close we look back at all the wonderful things that we have achieved in the last 12 months and look forward to the New Year and new beginnings. We here at Uptempo Magazine are excited to share our Second Annual Holiday Issue with our faithful readers and bring you the best that the season has to offer with our exciting editorials spotlighting the best of Winter, the best things to Believe in and the Timelessness of New Year's Eve traditions. With this Issue we decided to focus our attention on the ethereal beauty of the Season with some breathtaking sittings showcasing the most dreamy fashions and looks that Winter has to offer. With this Issue we welcome you into the magical world of Dance, Fashion and Storytelling as only Uptempo Magazine can. Each editorial in this Issue allows you a glimpse into various make-believe worlds that become reality during the Holiday Season. Through our pages you will be transported into different realms of Fairy Dust and Dance as seen in our editorial [Christmas Powder - change the name to what we're calling it in the issue]. As well as that we'll take you on the journey to see just how Grinch stole Christmas and the fabulous treasures in the vault in our [Ms. Grinch - change the name to what we're calling it in the issue] sitting. Our Fashion Editors are excited to showcase the best suits to ring in the New Year in with our timeless story [Suits in black and white - change the name], because really there's nothing as timeless or as classic as a gorgeous Le Smoking that graced almost every single SS 2013 runway from New York to Milan and that will crop up in every single closet come spring. As Yves Saint Laurent once said “For a woman, Le Smoking is an indispensable garment with which she finds herself continually in fashion, because it is about style, not fashion. Fashions come and go, but style is forever." Those are the words that we at Uptempo Magazine live by and that's what we will take into the New Year with us.
