Roulez

By: Siena Farrar sfarrar@tulane.edu On the last day of August, Tulane rolled out its newest food truck, Roulez NOLA Comfort Food. It is the first food truck in the entire country to receive payment in the form of a meal plan. That’s right, you can saunter up, hand your splash card, and go. It’s all the convenience of the LBC without losing valuable Wavebuck$ that could be spent on coffee. Not feeling sociable and lost your Bruff to Go token? Roulez is there for you.

This author’s chicken parm was the perfect thing to eat while walking to class. Not messy at all. It was hot, crispy, and undeniably something I’d purchase at a food truck at a festival downtown.
