Taco Tuesday
By: Siena Farrar
This past Tuesday, October 5th, Tulane celebrated tacos across campus. In Bruff, Tulane Dining had a celebration featuring hard and soft shelled tacos, music, decorations, and free T-shirts. Festive decorations adorned the taco serving station, where students could create their own tacos with various toppings and fillings, including vegetarian to meat.

Luke Davis said, “I love tacos. I love Bruff. Taco Tuesday is everything.” The line for tacos stretched 20 deep as everyone waited for their chance to make their own tacos. While many different cuisines are featured in Bruff, it’s not every day that there’s a celebration to go along with.

Students struggled with which of the four adorable shirts they wanted.
The tacos looked, smelled, and tasted amazing.
After following @TulaneDining on any platform of social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or Youtube) students could play to win a free T-shirt that featured nachos, tacos, tomatoes, or a jalapeno. Also among the prizes? A waterbottle with a fruit infuser and a #BruffSuperFan shirt.
