What can we do to strengthen community? What type of programs & concepts are necessary? Questions such as these are explored in this stage and collaboration is key for the categorization of ideas and identification of key themes.
4. TRANSFORM
The last phase leads into the preparation and delivery of design concepts to inform future planning initiatives.
