Yes, you read it right. It is built every 12 years in Praygraj (earlier known as Allahabad) during Kumbh Mela. It is incredible to witness that a temporary city comes up to cater to around 3-50 million people on different dates. And it stays for a couple of months with temporary bridges, sanitation facilities, hospitals, and police stations, and then space is cleared for other use.
