2019 – AUTHENTICITY AND TRACEABILITY THE ORIGIN OF RODENTICIDE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS On Aug. 31, 2017, China MOA issued Proclamation No. 2567 under the latest 2017 Food Safety Law, the “List of Restricted Use Pesticides (2017)” including 32 pesticides and which covers all 6 rodenticides registered in China, it will come into force as of November 1, 2017. 2017 MOA Order No. 2567: the Chinese Rodenticide (6 Active Registrations: Flocoumafen, Sodium Diphacinone, Warfarin, Coumatetralyl, Bromadiolone, Brodifacoum) will be subject to designation marketing management, mainly traceable IDverified purchase and Restriction-licensed sales at the State designated sites. Rodenticides in China are strictly regulated. According to 2017 MOA Order No. 2567, restricted rodenticides are limited to the release and delivery of state-designated sites. The factory has obtained a new Restricted-pesticide permit in 2019 for the authenticity and traceability of rodenticide active ingredients origin, license No. is (SU) 32000010534. Siyang Rodenticide Factory is currently the only certified exporter of Bromadiolone Technical Grade Material (UN 3027, CLASS 6.1, PG:I; HS Code: 2932209013) and Brodifacoum Technical Grade Material (UN 3027, CLASS 6.1, PG:I; HS Code: 2932209011) in China.
