全身正面及側身照各一張 Front view and side view photos, one each

淺色或簡潔背景

選擇淺色牆身做背景或 背景盡量簡潔,並以相同背景 拍攝前後對比照。 Light-coloured or simple background

Take your photo in front of a light-coloured wall or simple background, and use the same background for both before & after photos.

穿著貼身衣服, 展現身體線條

記錄身體外觀的變化, 建議穿著具彈性的運動服裝。 Wear fitting clothes to show your body shape

Elastic sportwear is recommended, so you can see the change of your body physique from the photos.

確保光線充足,切勿用修圖濾鏡

清楚及真實的照片才能記錄身體外觀的變化, 成為您與他人分享時最有力的工具。 Sufficient light and no retouching & filter

水平角度拍攝,切勿「高抄低抄」

您可使用相機腳架或找親友幫忙拍攝全身照。 雙腳站直,雙手自然下垂,以水平角度拍攝。 Eye-level angle only, no high/low-angle shot Use a camera stand or ask your friend to take your full body photo. Stand facing forward with your feet, let your arms fall naturally to your sides, and capture your photo at eye-level angle.
