Whether we are employees pitching colleagues on a new idea, or parents and coaches working with athletes, we spend our days trying to move others. Like it or not, we are all in sales now. From five frames which make a message clearer and more persuasive to the three rules for understanding another’s perspectives, the book’s material is both perceptive and practical for coaches and parents alike. His other two books Drive and A Whole New Mind are also well worth the read.
