MASTER OF LAWS (LLM)
Our LLM program is a 21-unit degree which focuses on the U.S. legal system, providing students with foundational skills and knowledge that are immediately applicable to real-world legal practice. On Campus: 1 year full-time Online: Part-time, minimum 4 semesters Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from outside the United States
TWO-YEAR EXTENDED MASTER OF LAWS (LLM)
The Two-Year Extended LLM allows students
to spend one year strengthening legal English speaking and writing proficiency followed by the one-year LLM program. On Campus: Full-time for 2 years Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from outside the United States
MASTER OF COMPARATIVE LAW (MCL)
The MCL degree is offered to international students who are graduates of LLM programs in the United States and who wish to continue their
studies of U.S. and comparative laws. On Campus: 1 year full-time Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from outside the United States and a Master of Laws (LLM or equivalent) in the United States MASTER OF LAWS IN ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (LLM IN ADR)
Our LLM in ADR program is a 24-unit degree offered by USC Gould School of Law Center for Dispute Resolution that focuses on ADR policy while building valuable negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills.
On Campus: 1 year full-time Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
The LLM in IBEL offers students a global perspective and interdisciplinary skills that enable them to understand and integrate relevant laws, policies and business best practices that shape international commerce and trade. On Campus: 1 year full-time Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
Our LLM in PLCS is a 24-unit degree that explores the legal framework concerning information privacy in the U.S. and common legal issues and emerging law in the areas of privacy and cybersecurity. On Campus: 1 year full-time Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent)

Our MSL degree is a 21-unit program which offers professionals legal skills and knowledge that can be applied directly to advance their career and serve their organizations. Please note that this degree is not intended to train students for careers as attorneys, nor to prepare them for any state bar exam.

MASTER OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION (MDR)
Our MDR degree is designed for non-law graduates who desire advanced knowledge in alternative dispute resolution. Students build negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills to position themselves for leadership roles in business and ADR organizations. On Campus: 1 year full-time; available part-time Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any field VISITING INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM (VIP)
VIP helps legal and business professionals from around the world build a broad foundation of
knowledge of the United States legal system. Students participate in informative courses taught by world-class law professors and interact with law students from around the globe. On Campus: 1 or 2 semesters Requirements: A prior degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from outside the United States
SUMMER LAW & ENGLISH (SLE)
SLE is a four-week intensive that strengthens students’ English speaking and legal writing proficiency while helping them build a foundation of understanding of the U.S. legal system. All levels of English fluency are welcome. On Campus: 4-weeks, July – August Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any field
