Performing Policy The Justice Project: Pause
Monday, April 27, 2020, at 8 p.m. Live via Zoom
RSVP at visionsandvoices.usc.edu artsinaction.usc.edu
Join a coalition of students and activists for an online performance and forum exploring restorative justice. The result of months of collaboration by dramatic arts students, policy students, and partners from Healing Dialogue and Action, Pause is an original, interactive play that examines incarceration as a response to violent crime and encourages audiences to interrupt, alter, and even enter the narrative to imagine alternative solutions and outcomes. A conversation will follow with co-facilitators Brent Blair (USC School of Dramatic Arts), Jocelyn Poe (USC Sol Price School of Public Policy), and Javier Stauring (Executive Director, Healing Dialogue and Action).
