Monday, October 12 through Friday, October 23, 2009 All holds must be cleared before you can reserve your class. Walk‐in Registration Walk‐in registration begins Tuesday, October 27, at 9 am in the One Stop Student Center. Bring with you: • Add/Drop Form signed by your advisor • Payment for tuition in the form of a check, made payable to USD, E‐Pay confirmation number, or complete the financial aid process as described under Payment Options. Mailed registration and tuition must be post‐marked no later than Friday, December 11, 2009 and must be mailed to: University of San Diego One Stop Student Center Hahn University Center, Room 126 5998 Alcalá Park San Diego, CA 92110‐2492 Please Note Students have until the first day of the class to register for class(es). After the first day of the class, a $150 late fee will be assessed. For courses that start at or after 4 pm, registration without a late fee is available until the next day at 5 pm.
PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment Options Payment of Tuition and Fees for Intersession 2010 Tuition payment for courses reserved using online registration is due Friday, November 20. Class registration is not officially completed until all tuition and fees are paid. Students who have not paid their account in full for Intersession class(es) registered online on or before November 20 may be subject to the assessment of late fees.
Official Withdrawal If you decide not to take a course that you reserved, you must drop the course in person at the One Stop Student Center. If you fail to attend the class you signed up for, and you do not come to the One Stop Student Center to officially withdraw, you will be assigned a grade of “F” and charged for the class. If you do not officially withdraw, you will be responsible for your registration charges.
Payment Options By registering for classes you agree to pay all applicable tuition and registration fees. For complete and current information on payment options which best meet your needs, see the following: • Check: Made payable to USD at the One Stop Student Center; always include your USD ID number. • E‐Pay: Pay via electronic check through your MySanDiego portal. Please note that there is no service fee for the electronic check option; funds may be accessed through your non‐investment checking or savings account. • Financial Aid: Apply through your MySanDiego portal under the My Financial Aid channel. Please note that you must apply, receive and accept your financial aid award and loan, and complete a deferment; all of which can be completed on the One Stop Services tab. Any remaining tuition balance not covered by financial aid is the responsibility of the student. • Veterans and eligible dependents interested in applying for benefits should contact the veteran’s administrator at (619) 260‐4600, ext. 2032.
